Refund Policy

At Northern Ritual, we want you to feel confident ordering from us.

Because coffee is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee or coffee purchased simply because of personal taste preference.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your coffee is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@northernritual.ca.

Please include your order number and, when helpful, a photo of the issue. We’ll review the situation and work with you to make it right.

Unopened Products

If you wish to request a return of an unopened product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
